Lewis Nash

As if his rhythm and timeless style wasn't enough, this master technician on the drums is the most sought after musician for recordings, tours, performances, clinics and master classes. With over 30 years of working in the business, he quickly became the "first call" drummer and built a successful career with Betty Carter and moved on to work with the great Ron Carter, Branford Marsalis, Sonny Rollins, Stan Getz, Art Farmer, Clark Terry, Milt Jackson and Tommy Flanagan.

With over 300 recordings on his resume, Nash was honored in his hometown of Phoeniz, AZ with the "Lewis Nash" day and had Downbeat's Jazz Club pick as "One of the top clubs to be sure to visit" - The Nash, opened bearing his name in April 2012. He is a philanthropist, an advocate for  music and education and continues to be a trailblazer as one of today's hottest drummers around.

Nash can be seen around the world with his own projects and with long time friends, Steve Wilson, Ron Carter, Renee Rosnes, the Dexter Gordon Legacy Ensemble and many others.
